A brief look into my professional and academic projects.

Powder Coating Services Website

After starting out as a once-a-week student who came in to do marketing and design work, I was given the opportunity to tackle a much needed project: to revive Powder Coating Services’ digital presence.

The new website required a way for users to get an accurate idea of what the finish would look like, considering texture, gloss levels, number of coats, and how it will interact with the light.

The new website also brought the opportunity for online sales of add-on products that were difficult to sell otherwise.

Street & Park Website

Once completing the powder coating website, their sister company saw it’s success and decided it was time to create a new division requiring it’s own separate site.

This site required a clean, minimalist, easy-to-navigate solution for a specific target market of councils and architects. But I came across a common problem of inconsistent image quality and outdated designs, which led me to create realistic digital 3d models of the products.

Snoozemate App Design

As my final university project, I designed an app prototype that applies psychological principles to help users get out of bed in the morning. I began by researching common pain points associated with waking up and the behaviours that contribute to repeated snoozing. This led to the insight that emotional engagement (particularly excitement) can significantly reduce the feeling of tiredness.

Based on this, I developed snoozemate. A concept centred around social interaction, where friends can record personalised voice messages to take each other. The project involved user research, prototyping, user testing, and iterative design, followed by the creation of promotional video content to support the app’s launch.

Vehicle Design

A project I lead while at Powder Coating Services was the design and execution of vehicle marketing to create brand recognition and build on the new identity.

The Design was intended to match the new brand identity I had created for the company, while also being highly recognisable, and to show off the powder coated wheels. It needed to scream Powder Coating.

Social Media

Explore a selection of social media campaigns I’ve created across multiple brands, covering product launches, event promotions, seasonal communications, community engagement, and behind-the-scenes storytelling. Each campaign combines strategic thinking, visual design, and tailored messaging to connect with the right audience and support broader marketing goals.

Branding Guidelines

I developed the visual identity for Street & Park as part of its transition into a dedicated division of Metal Art focused on councils, architects, and public space projects. The project involved creating a modern, professional identity that differentiated the division from Metal Art while retaining a connection to the wider business.

I developed the brand direction, visual assets, typography, colour application, and supporting marketing materials, ensuring the identity could be applied consistently across the website, social media, product documentation, and other customer-facing communications. The branding was designed to feel professional and approachable, while reflecting the practical, durable nature of the products and the environments they are designed for.

Building Signage and Design

As part of the Powder Coating Services rebrand, I designed a complete signage system to bring the new identity into the physical environment. This included the large-scale building signage, directional window graphics, and branded vehicle decals, creating a consistent visual presence across the site and on the road.

The signage needed to balance strong brand recognition with practical wayfinding and visibility. I developed the layouts, selected and adapted imagery, and prepared the artwork for production, ensuring the new branding translated effectively across different physical formats and scales.
